Disney Gift Cards

I have a $500 Disney Gift Card. I am wanting to buy 10 $50 gift cards for the kids and would like to use the $500 gift card I have as payment. Disneystore.com is not letting me use a gift card as payment. It is not even giving me the option to enter in the number.
Does anyone know how I can do this short of going into a Disney Store?

did you give them a credit card number? they make you give that as well, just in case you go over the gift card limit,and i guess for other reasons as well. i was confused by that too.if you already did that then i dont know.good luck.

It would not even give me the option to enter in the gift card for payment. That option dissappeared when I added a GC to my cart.

Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a Disney Gift Card WITH a Disney Gift Card. (This is common at many places...you aren't allowed to buy a gift card using a gift card). I had several different Disney Gift Cards totaling $250 that my kids got as gifts over several months. I wanted to combine them into one gift card so I contacted Disney Gift Card Guest Service and they told me this:

Your Disney Gift Card balances may be combined by calling Disney Gift Card Guest Service at 1-877-650-4327, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time.

Maybe the can do the opposite for you and break up the $500 into 10 separate cards. Doesn't hurt to call and ask.
