Disney gift cards paypal question

Apparently my thread got deleted where I was asking opinions about which gift cards to get. A comment was made by someone that they get Disney gift cards from PayPal.

If you see this post maybe you can explain that to me. Were you just buying them from PayPal because you already had the money from your SB or were you actually able to use the money right out of your PayPal account?
