Disney gift cards OK at DLP?

First trip to Europe coming up in August! Gettin' nervous!! We're going to DLP for 2 days then on a DCL MED cruise out of Barcelona later that week. I have been buying Disney gift cards here & there to bring with us and my DS just received one as a birthday gift. Will we be able to use them at DLP or will we need to save them to use on the ship?! I know they're good at both US parks and on the ship but wasn't sure if DLP would fall under the same umbrella since so much stuff there seems to work differently than in the US.

You won't be able to use the gift cards at DLRP due to them being $ currency & DLRP is €.

Thanks! I figured there'd be some obstacle there. Didn't think about the currency thing. We'll save them for the cruise then.
