Which restaurants can you use disney gift cards to pay?

Trex?
Tusker?
Crystal palace?
Hollywood and Vine?

We used them at CP and other restaurants in all the parks so I am sure H & V and TH will take them. Haven't been to TREX but we have used Disney gift cards at Wolfgang Puck , Cooke's & Raglan Road so chances are TREX will take them.

If you are staying on site just charge to the room and pay the room charge with a gift card. Easy and no worries that way.
