Disney Gift Card - What If Lost? Combining?

Thanks for the reply. I just knew when I made my initial deposit I could only use 1 form of payment online. May just have to call in when I make the final payment.

You can enter more than one giftcard in separate transactions one right after another.

I have one card saved on my account and it has a 0 balance. If I lose one of my GCs that have a balance I will just transfer it to the one saved on my account. I do have pictures of my cards just in case, and I may bring a couple extra 0 balance ones too.

Its funny, I dont worry about losing my debit card as much as I'm worried about losing my Disney GCs LOL

How do I get around Disney only allowing one form of payment? I am sure I am missing something simple. Thanks for the help.

This limit is only per gift card;

the limit is per gift card, so you can have 5 gift cards in your account,each with 1000 on it.

Wait.. I'm confused. Only 1 form of payment is allowed? I made a reservation for 2017 and used a CC for the $200 deposit. I have $1,500 saved in various DGCs ($25, $50, $100's - all needing to be combined) which I was planning on using to pay down the balance remaining later on. At that point there would still be a balance remaining to be paid and I was planning on using the same CC to pay that off.

Can I not do that?

I think the problem I was having was that I was making my deposit payment online and from there only one form of payment was allowed. I would assume when calling in they can accept more than one GC. My final payment will be over $1000 which will require me to use 2 gift cards at the least.

Yes, you can pay with a combination of both GCs and CCs. I believe that the PPs were referring to making an online payment on a package. Each payment session can only use one form of funding. My theory is that it has something to do with their accounting system for online payments, in the event that a refund needs to be made.

Thanks! I get it now.
