Has anyone had issues with the disney gift card website? I logged in earlier this week to transfer gift card balances, with no issues. Tonight I tried to login, and got a message that my account was locked. I have gotten the same message tonight.

Anyone else having issues?

Sounds like someone may have tried to log into your account unsuccessfully, so it was locked for your protection. I had no problem logging into my account.

I just wish I was not getting this message when I try to reset my password.
Sorry we couldn't reset your password at this time. Please try again later.

I've been trying to manage my gift cards online, since last night, after I deleted and added a card. I need to add new cards, but can't do so, without deleting one or two zero balance cards. I have cleared cache, changed browsers, and even changed computers. Any suggestions?

I am able to login and see my GC Balance. I only have one card so don't know if that is a factor. .

I can log in and even transfer balances between existing cards; just can't delete an old card to add a new one, which I need to do, as there is a limit of five cards.

I am having this exact problem! I have added my 5, made 1 primary and transferred the others. They show a 0 balance but won’t delete so I can add my last 2. Very frustrating as I only want to carry the 1 card.

I spoke with Disney Website Support - very nice, but this site is run by the bank that runs the Disney gift card program. So, I then called the number on the back of a gift card and reached an overseas call center; it sounded like the rep did not even know about the 5 card limit, per account. She then connected me to "Gift Card Guest Services," also at an overseas call center (877-650-4327). That CSR placed me on hold to check. When she came back to the call, she told me that they were updating their system, and that the updates should be completed by Monday! I asked her about web support, and she told me that phone line was not accessible, due to updating! This kind of service would not be tolerated, if it were Disney!

You are saying this with your tongue in your cheek, right?
It sounds just like the system would be if Disney were running it

Wow thanks for doing all of the legwork. I’ll try again next week.

If you just want to transfer the balance from a random card to your stored card, you don't need to add that random card to your account first. Just login, then from the main menu click manage cards then transfer balance. You just enter the number of the random card and choose the stored card where you want the balance to go.

Done

Thanks so much for the tip; it's too bad that the card company CSRs do not know their system as well, to offer support to their customers!

Following your lead, here is the link I used for the random card entry:
https://www.disneygiftcard.com/Manage/Transfer

So easy. Thanks, again, Steve!

Same here. It's annoying.

I have been having this problem all day as well. I have to pay my final balance by Tuesday and it is so frustrating to make small payments using multiple cards. Thank you for this tip! I will do this right now!

For THREE years I've thought you had to add the card and have been so frustrated this week w/ the site having problems. Appreciate that someone has paid attention, cause I've clicked on that and not realized what I could do. thanks!
