disney gift card website issues?

I'm still having problems deleting gift cards. My problem is that I need more than $5k in cards, and I don't want to just drain one card and put more money on the same card (in case of refunds). So without being able to delete a card with money on it, I can't consolidate money on another card. This is sucky and I hope they fix it soon.

That could be a temporary workaround. However, I have a card with about $700 on it that I can't find, and it's currently set to my primary card. I can't set a new primary (also not working on the gift card site), so I can't transfer the balance from it. That money's lost until the card turns up (my 4 year old, a total klepto who was caught with 2 other (empty) gift cards, isn't talking, other than to swear he only took 2), or I find the receipt (no luck so far), or they fix their website.

Can you call and pay $700 on your bill from one of the cards you can find and then transfer the amount from the card you can't find to that card? Leaving a $0 balance on the missing card.

I added a third card and tried to make it primary so that I can load money in that third card, but the Disney site wouldn't let me change the primary to the new card. But I was able to add the funds from a fourth card to the third card even though it isn't primary, by using the "Manage cards" feature.

That's not the problem. The other 4 of PP's cards already have $1000 on them. Just the missing card (and 5th) is less than $1000

They seem to have fixed the issues (at least at this moment I can delete cards and move my Primary Card)
