Disney Gift card website can’t login

I am trying to register my Disney gift card. I have never used the site. I Have been trying all week. I’ve tried registration with 2 different email addresses. I’ve tried 4 different browsers. A computer and my phone. It always tells me it’s the wrong username or password. Have tried to reset password numerous times. I never get an email from the site. I’ve called customer service and they couldn’t help me. Am I the only one having a problem? Does anyone else login on their phone? That’s mostly how I have tried. So frustrating!!!

I use my desktop. I've had trouble with some browsers; it works best for me in Chrome. Perhaps you need to do a clear cache/cookies also? I'm not the tech expert in my family!

Just combined 3 cards on the site. I also used Chrome on my desktop. Worked fine.
