can you still get 5% off Disney Gift Cards at Target with your Target charge card I'd you purchase in store? Also, will I get the 20% off with the coupon from the Black Friday promo?

Yes, you will save 5% if you purchase Disney gift cards using your Target Redcard. You will not be able to use the 20% coupon on gift cards at all. The coupon excludes them.
