I've posted before that half my GMC Target orders have arrived Postage due. Still no resolution with them. All I have received in response is "we've elevated your issues to the second team" etc etc....either your company is putting the wrong postage or packaging on orders or the USPS is messing up. Either way, I am sooooo fed up. I am considering cutting out GCM for that reason alone. It's about the 30 day limit for filing eBay problems. I get weather issues, but come on...Blackhawk is the parent company. My shipments seem to originate in several parts of the US, not necessarily Colorado. Though I do understand if the manpower that starts the process is in Denver. Sorry but just venting. I have no idea who is making the mistake (GCM vs. local USPS)...but it's costing me and eating into the churning.

I'm having a terrible time trying to get ebates to credit me for a few ebay purchases last week. They won't just take the order number like some of you have been able to do. First they wanted the whole page of my purchase summary, then they said they couldn't open it, then they wanted me to send them screen shots of each purchase I haven't been credited for. I have an older desk top computer so this has been a pain, especially since my ebay shopping history is showing up in their system and I've been credited for some but not all purchases. Hopefully after we straighten this out it will go smoother for me with them. I do have to say their customer service is prompt and personal.

Yeah, I always use the item number, that's the only thing like an order number. plus then i highlight and copy the invoice page and put that in the bottom section window thing where they ask for the confirmation info. Also, can you take a pic with your phone and do it on your phone to send the pics maybe?

So I decided to buy my first ever ebay gift card on target to use this new coupon. Great, bought the $200 ebay gift card with my target gift cards for $190, no issues, it came through almost right away. Go to ebay, add the $100 target card, plus some protein powder that my fiance goes through like crazy. $35 for the protein powder, same price he pays at vitamin shoppe, perfect. Added the coupon, then added my gift card. Somehow in the process, the coupon disappeared and I didn't even notice it until I checked the balance on the ebay gift card. Ugh! So I went and did another transaction so I could use the coupon. At least I had a $25 balance in my paypal account from a swagbucks redemption so I only paid just over $25 out of pocket (on a 2% back credit card at least). Guess I know better for next time to make sure to double check everything. Live and learn I guess. Maybe I'll get lucky and get ebucks offers at some point.

Sorry, this would be so frustrating. I think it has nothing to do with where the company is located. We've only had one big snow in the last 30'ish days that closed the city. There is simply no excuse for the fact that they are dragging their feet on this.

I tried the item number like you do but since my whole history is the same item number (target gc'c), I'm sure that wasn't helpful. Also copied and pasted the whole summary page. Still wasn't enough. I did just get my son to help me send 5 screen shots to them. Maybe that will work.

I tried that. I think the problem is that I had two Identical orders. One on the 23rd where I ordered $300 in Target cards in the morning and then again in the afternoon, and on the 24 th I did the same thing with 2 $400 orders.

The orders may be identical, but the transaction id should be different for each order.

Hmm, mine always work when I use that number, even though it's the same for all my orders. Guess I'm just lucky so far, well till now, since my orders don't seem to have shipped lol, from GCM. But, Ebates ticket request worked good at least.
Hopefully those screen shots will work for you, I'm sure they will!

So now that a significant extra bucks promo just passed and those funds will be available next week what is everyone's game plan? I'm reading that there usually aren't good promos during the 30 day period extra bucks need to be spent. If that is the case what do you guys do? I made a significant amount last month churning but that was really constant. I'm hoping I can average about half of that each month going forward without any additional investment. What do you guys who have been doing it awhile think? Did you start strong and slow down ? Is it different month to month?

The orders may be identical, but the transaction id should be different for each order.

I guess if I go to paypal, i see a transaction id number, but not on ebay.

I have only been churning since end of November so I have only gone through one ebucks redemption period (Jan.) and it was a slow earning time for me. There were no ebucks promos for the first two week, IIRC. Someone please correct me if I am wrong about that. But during the last couple of weeks in Jan, there was one or two. As for my game plan, I have my gift cards from last week's sale so my plan is to convert back to eBay and be ready in case we get something this week. If not, I will likely just sit on mine until the next ebucks promo, even if that is a couple of weeks away. I also need to move some of mine into Disney so I could just work on that. I go very slowly when buying from Target so I'd have time to just work on that.

Bought $100 gift card to Gamestop I flipped just now back to eBay as I live down the street from one with The Force Awakens on Blu Ray for like $1 and some change with my Ebay gift cards.

I was very surprised and excited to see an envelope from GCM in my mailbox after work today. Even more surprised that it was my order from 03/23 and not the order from 03/22. I wasn't expecting to receive either order today. Hoping my first order ends up being delivered tomorrow. Going to go ahead and churn through Target tomorrow just in case Ebay does have one more promo this week.

That's great, good to have them in hand! Curious, had they already been noted as shipped? 3 of 4 orders have not shipped, the shipped one is the smallest, $150, and should be delivered tomorrow. Tracking said today, but think it got to town too late for USPS delivery today. But have heard nothing since the others were confirmed. Getting anxious and very disappointed I may not receive them in time to use them for any promo that may possibly come out this week. If it was the storms holding things up, then why could the Usps order already be in town, but the bigger Ups orders haven't shipped yet?

I don't think what is going on with yours is the result of the storm. I am not sure what is up but my aunt, who lives in Houston, got her gift cards from 3/23 delivered this past Friday! And hers shipped from Denver too. I got mine from 3/22 & 3/23 today.

Have you sent GCM an ebay message asking if they have shipped? Sorry if you have posted about that already and I missed it.

I got a shipping notification on 03/24 for my 03/22 order and one on 03/25 for my 03/23 order. I was really surprised given the weather and the holiday.
