So, a few days ago I read here of a Disser going to cardpool, and had left some gift cards in their cart, and later were sent a %5 discount to use buy their cart. So, I opened a cardpool acct, put some cards in my cart and left them there. Well, they were gone next time I went back and no email yet, so I put in some more. This morning I did get a 5% code to use, though it was limited to $10 max discount. My cards in the cart were gone, so I waited and watched all day to get more to use it on. Put 3 $100 cards in a short time ago and by the time I got to check out they were gone. But, waited longer, found some smaller cards, $25 - $40, bought $205 worth and got them for $186.96, 8.8%! I could have put more in to get 40 cents more but was afraid to lose the cards already in the cart, and possibly not finding more to buy anyway. At Target then, when I buy the Disney gc's, that'll be a 13.8% discount which is good. Just wish it wasn't limited to $10 max on the extra 5%, but still a good deal!
I've got to start finding some deals, my trip is coming on Dec 3rd, and needing more gc's! I should have bought at raise, I think it was back in Sep, when I saw them for 7% off, but was waiting for more at a higher rate. Now I'm worried I won't be able to get much more. Is it possible to maybe take advantage of BF deals, and have the disney cards send to me at my BCV resort maybe?
. I know that Disney will announce a price increase at some point and I am also a little concerned about the potential for blackout dates so I'd like to get 6-day park hoppers while I can. I already renewed my AP and now I have a DVC Gold AP for me. I took an extra trip (and maybe another one on the horizon) without the family so there was no need to renew their AP's (which expired this year). So, I need (3) adult 6-day park hoppers. I have accumulated $570 in Disney Gift Cards so I am still about $800 short. I have most of the funds available to buy Target cards, but it hurts to buy them at a paltry 4% discount when they've been 7% in the past
. OTOH, I don't want to have the prices jump up and blackout dates come into play which would negate any additional savings. 
. Now, I have enough to get at least one of my passes. Hopefully, I can snag a few more Target gift cards. I budgeted $1200 for the passes. If I buy $1200 in Disney gift cards (using Target gift cards at a 4% discount), I will still save about $100 and that's not too bad
