Disney Gift Card Deals

Hey guys! First post (lots of lurking). Wanted to let you all know that the Disney Gift cards 3 packs seem to be back in stock at Samsclub.com $150 worth of cards for $143, so about 4.5% off. Trying to decide if I should go ahead and buy or hope for a better deal come Black Friday.

Krogers 4X fuel points on gift cards is returning for the holidays on Wednesday November 19th. Per a blurb on my Krogers receipt. Cincinnati area.

And there may be a 4X gift card special this Saturday only. My Krogers (Florence, KY) is having a special Christmas thingie (for lack of a better word). Besides the typical food tasting and such, I think they're also offering 4X fuel points on gift cards.

Just a friendly reminder(I know it's been mentioned before), please please check your card on disneygiftcard.com I came back from disney early Oct. And one if my $50 giftcard was not activated :-( I received most as gifts from hubby and relatives, so I know they wouldn't just give me an inactivated card. I narrowed it down from target. The Walmart and disney.com gift cards didn't have the same first set of numbers. Anyway, I kept the top portions of the target giftcards and none matched the GC numbers. I wrote target, but of course I don't have definitive proof I think the top part and bottom number didn't match and therefore never activated. I will surely check next time, even when the receipt states that it has been activated.

Didn't say. But if you go by recent history, it will run through about the first week in Dec.

Someone mentioned a few pages ago that the target deal is dead. Can someone explain? I had been planning on getting a target red card and using that to get 5% off and stacking another 5% off pharmacy rewards.

Does the "dead deal" apply to stacking the pharmacy rewards, or I can't even get 5% off with just a red card?

What's the best, most clear cut deal? I'm not one to store hop- I like a clear cut, simple deal. Are there none anymore for disney cards?? The target thing seemed like a slam dunk to me- easy and straightforward, 10% off pretty easily, especially using a DIsney
Vacations acct, and being able to input all the cards myself.

The 5% off for pharmacy no longer applies to the gift cards.

You can get 5% using the Red Card, but not the pharmacy rewards. I purchased some eGiftCards couple weeks ago. I joined TopCashBack and then used their link to Raise.com where I purchased cards at about 4-4.5% off. I (will get) 2% back from TopCashBack and I will get 1% off by using my Disney credit card to buy the Target eGiftCards. I then used the eGiftCard to purchase Disney Cards on my online Target account which had my Red Card as my primary source of payment. They were sent to me for free (I believe that I was limited to using only 3 target gift cards, BTW) and I received the 5% Red Card discount. I ended up with a discount of about 11-12%.

FWIW, I looked at Raise.com today and they have very poor discounts right now.

I've been linking to Cardpool, however, they stop cash back after you've purchased a total of $1,000 in gift cards (from any rebate site - not just topcashback). I've hit the limit with them, so I thought I would use Raise. I don't see where they have the same $1,000 limit.

I use my Target digital GCs in the store all of the time. I have a smartphone and I downloaded the Target app. You can add your GCs in the app and even combine them! If you don't want to have the cashier scan the barcode on your phone, you can always combine them on one of the promotional GCs that you get from Target when you make a purchase that offers one. That way you have a physical GC that you can "reload" by combining it with other Target GCs using the app.

Sorry Jodie, I was thinking about Cardpool. Raise.com has crappy discounts right now so you would get under 10% return if you buy now.

Thanks! I'm holding out for 5% off Walmart cards. I haven't seen that in a while. 5% off Target would be good as well. Maybe we'll get a Christmas "sale!"

It appears that the 10% is for Target brand gift cards and is limited to $300 per household. Can you use a Target gift card to purchase a Disney gift card?

Could not find Target on ShopDiscover???

But Discover is giving 5% back on online purchases, so I think that would qualify.

So if it's 300 limit per household how do they prevent you from buying more than 300. If I went at 6 and bought $300 and then got some breakfast came back to buy $300 more how would they know about the other 300 I already bought?
Also, I really wish they offered store pickup with the gift cards.
