What are the places where you can buy Disney gift cards with store cards? I have seen people do that GS, Tgt and Kmart. Are there any others? With Tgt and PPDG potentially going away, I want to make sure there's away to still end up with Disney cards.

I believe that Sam's Club will allow you to use a WM GC to purchase Disney GCs. I'm not a SC member, so I have no personal experience with it. Can anyone else verify?

Yeah, if I'm following correctly and PayPal closes your account, that makes eBay gift cards associated with your account worthless???

Between this and the Target bannings, I'm probably out of this game (or rather what's left of it).

It's certainly not fun any more. It's a grind to get anywhere.

I don't think anyone has been getting Disney cards at GS-all the posts I recall seeing were converting back to eBay gift cards to churn again and earn ebucks

I just bought Disney cards at Best Buy with bb giftcards but others have been denied.

PPDG data point that really makes me want to stay away from them when using gc-gc purchase after the account closure being reported.
Last 5x I had to verify on DHs account 4 times before it would go through. Paid with all eBay gc then converted the BB to Disney.

Got the 4x on DH only and I couldn't get to Kroger so decided to buy just $200 for a little eBay bucks and to restart my churning stash for Oct wdw since my DLR hotel, tix, and spending is all paid for next week. Went through via the app on my phone without a hitch. Paid cc via PayPal.

Past promos I was locked out of PayPal and eBay completely on my own account and since the last time I was locked out I have not received one promo on that account. If that remains the case I will cash out the earned ebucks there and close it and reopen another. I feel like it's been flagged.

My new rule for PPDG is only purchase direct and no gc's. If I use eBay gc I will do GS for churning. I'm definitely giving up the huge bonus of not putting as much cash in but I'm not willing to be banned from PayPal or lose built up bucks.

I don't think I'm ever going to bow out of churning as my absolute worst case scenario is to buy something with high resale value (game consoles, I pad etc.) from whatever GC I'm stuck with and sell it back on ebay for cash back. I probably will net some loss and it would take a little more work, but the gains from ebay bucks are worth it for me.

Might be something to think about for those of you that are thinking about jumping ship.

If anything, my brief churning experience has educated me on maximizing value on my eBay purchases. I never paid attention to eBay bucks before this, and I am sure I left a lot on the table!

I have not seen Disney cards at my local Gamestops. However, I have seen them at Best Buy.

Both mine and DH's Paypal accounts were limited after trying to buy from PPDG. I called today and they are closing both accounts. I've got about $700 tied up in EBay gc's the rest is $1200 in Target (which I will use no problem even if someday I can't buy gc with gc) ***! They told me I was buying too many gift cards with vouchers and they are no longer going to allow that. Beware of PPDG I'm thinking they triggered it.

I have to type fast since we are at the park, but this worries me a bit for one reason. Back on March 30-31 I posted about my mom getting locked out of her PP account after buying from PPDG. After a few verification attempts that never resolved anything, her account magically unlocked after 24 hours. Back then no one was having this issue but now everyone is. I hope this is not another PP issue that's going to begin affecting more people. Sorry about your account OP.

This pesky thing called work keeps getting in the way of checking this thread more frequently.

I've been successful twice in buying Disney gift cards online at Best Buy with in store pickup. Had two other orders cancelled though. I haven't tried to buy Disney in store yet but I've purchased eBay in store twice now without a problem.

If for some reason I get denied, I'll try one of the other two Best Buy stores in my area.

Worst case I try online ordering again. After two orders cancelled I added a small non gift card item to my order and it went through without a problem. Not sure if it was a coincidence though. Was nice to get Ebates on the entire order even though they say they exclude gift cards.

so the store manager rang me up today at gamestop. she had me wait while she called the district manager. she came back and said "you have been buying an unusual amount of gift cards lately. my district manager told me to do it this time but that we will be changing store policy to avoid this kind of abuse in the future." great now im gonna have to abuse one of the other three stores in my area.

I usually cycle through 5 or 6 Gamestops in my area to avoid this confrontation.

So I think I am going to stay away from PPDG after reading @kidsfirsttrip issue. I have had to verify my PayPal account so many times in the past two weeks because of PPDG that I don't want to worry about it anymore. I just tried to purchase a physical gc from SVM and that went through fine so I think I am going to have to cash out that way (get gift cards for other things I need then use the money for those things to buy Disney) unless GCM restocks target (or SVM eBay site starts)

Sorry, I misread the post. I did not see Disney gift cards at the one GS I visited.

That fact just registered in my brain. If Disney is not possible at GS then I may have to buy eBay and then try one more round of PPDG to get Best Buy.

This was all fun and and exciting when I started. Now, it is a little more stressful. I am actually glad that I have cashed out as much as I have incase I get locked out. I just bought $200 best buy yesterday with no problem from PPDG and may sit on it a little while and think about it before I decide if I want to buy more ebay there or just cash out to Disney. I still have one ebay gift card linked to my account with $48. So, I really don't have much left at risk at all other than about $50 ebucks accumulated as well. I have slowly been buying disney online through target with my target cards that I have left - I only have about $250 left in Target.

How much have you bought so far from this GS?
