Disney Gift Card Deals

You cannot stack Pharmacy Rewards with each other. You can stack one Pharmacy Rewards coupon with your Target REDCard or Debit card. You will get 5% off of your total purchase using the Pharmacy Reward and then your REDCard will take 5% off of the remaining balance. It's not additiive (you don't get 10% off). Your total savings will be 9.75%.

Got it, thanks!

I have been reading through lots of threads, trying to get all the info about Target Redcards. I understand that you get 5% purchases, including gift cards. What is a Pharmacy reward? I am trying to decide if it would be worth getting a Redcard for this purpose.
Target will send you a 5% discount coupon every time you fill 5 qualifying prescriptions at their pharmacy. You have to sign up for the rewards program and there are restrictions on government programs. Some state prohibit offering incentives for prescription purchases.

I personally am doing this, and I think it will be totally worth it. I recently signed up for the red card (debit) and also switched over my prescriptions (this month is DOUBLE points, btw). I will then stack the two and get nearly 10% off a bunch of Disney gift cards, which I will use on our tickets. 10% off of a 10 day park hopper/water park plus equals A LOT, lol. Now if I only knew a Target employee, too...... ;)

You can also use target gift cards to buy Disney gift cards and can often find target cards at 10%-20% off. The pharmacy rewards still works with this and the red card will take 10% of the remainder of the balance.
How are you finding Target gift cards at 10%-20% off? This sounds like a great deal. Thanks.

You know how sometimes when you are checking out at a retail store they will say something about "sign up now for our card and save __% on todays purchases"?

Does target do this? like a signup bonus of 15% or something?

No, they don't.

Any tips on how to find Target gift cards at 10%-20% off would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry I haven't had a chance to read the whole thread, has anyone bought Disney gift cards at Kroger for fuel points? They have double fuel points right now, but will be doing 4x fuel points again soon the cashier told me. I figured for the $1000 in cards I need to buy still that would get me 2 to 4 $1 off/gallon rewards which are good on up to 35 gallons at one time. If we fill up both our vehicles with the reward that saves us $35 each time for a 7 to 14% savings depending on if I get the double or quadruple points. Does this sound right.? Anyone done this?

I buy disney gift cards at giant eagle when they do double fuel perks. So far it's saved me $60 in gas and I still have more of them to buy.

I would recommend double checking about fueling two cars at once. There is a safety rule here that will not let you fuel two cars on the same transaction.

I save money on gas by not going to Kroger fuel station lol.. It's actually less expensive right down the street.

I just posted another thread but I look on abc gift cards and some others for Disney cards- there were some up this morning but they go quick- You just need to be careful because the Disney cards and Disney store are 2 separate cards. This morning the Disney cards good at WDW were 6 percent off and Disney store were 8.

In Michigan we get fuel rewards from Family Fare stores and our family fuels more than one car almost every time. No one has ever said anything about it. Rewards are good for up to 30gals and we don't have 1 car that has a tank that big.

I don't think it's a safety rule. It's just their way of limiting the amount of gasoline you can get with your fuel perks. My parents can fill their tank and a couple of 5-gallon gas cans for their mower or snow blower at one transaction using Giant Eagle's fuel perks. They cannot put a second vehicle up behind the first one and continue to fuel it.

They consider it a fire hazard here and just about all of them make a stink about the practice. But I'm sure every state is a little different though.

Glanced through and didn't see this mentioned.... Keep in mind that if you are using Disney GC's to pay off your Disney trip, BE SURE to keep the used GC's until after your trip is over.... If you had to cancel your trip for any reason, they would need to apply the refund in the same manner that you used to pay initially...

Uh oh. I wish I had known this. I just paid a deposit and I think I trashed my cards not thinking. Our trip isn't until Dec 2014....a little nervous now! ( I think they are in a can I don't empty often, I hope I didn't cut then up....)

Well, you could always change dates if you had to instead of requesting a refund. They can just move your funds.

It may be a state to state issue. My DH and I have filled up both gas tanks at the same time. Nobody ever said anything to us.

7% with 2X fuel points and 14% on 4X fuel points sound right, assuming you use the entire 35 gallons. Both my DH and my cars have smaller gas tanks. We don't even come close to 35 gallons. And now, my DH's employer pays for his gas. And will pay for his first tankful on our upcoming trip to Disney. So if we're lucky, we may use about 12 gallons. That's 5% for 4X fuel points; same as Target.

You also have to ensure you can fill up your gas tanks at least four times within the time period. Fuel points are only valid through the end of the next calendar month. I still have over 800 points I have to use by the end of October, and I have no idea how they will be used. I want to fill up at a Kroger fuel center on the road; however I don't think there are any fuel centers between Knoxville and Dalton, GA (about 130 miles). Knoxville is too close, and I think Dalton would be too far. I'll probably just fill up the other car's tank tonight, even though it has a half tank of gas.

In a nutshell, Krogers, with 4X fuel points, is much better than Target as long as you have a larger gas tank or can fill up multiple cars. Else, you may be better sticking with Target.

ETA: Krogers will probably start their 4X points sale in about 2-3 weeks. They usually run a month; from the second or third week of November through the second week of December. At least, it was that way in past years.
