ditto, same for me got the discounted ones, but not the full price ones. worse comes to worse ill call tomorrow. what number you guys using?
I just sent them an email thru eBay. They responded pretty quickly. I just wish they would have notified me, rather than me having to contact them!

I hope everyone else will be able to get their's sorted out.

Here is a new one...wondering if anyone has dealt with this before and how it was resolved. I received a ripped open empty envelope from Target today where there should have been $300.00 worth of Disney Gift cards. On it was a stamp from the post office saying " received in bad condition at (or damaged) inside a post office bag that basically says "sorry for the inconvenience"

I called Target and they said since the Post office did not make a notation of the "damage" as far as they are concerned it has been delivered intact. They are researching the situation but so far my interaction with Target is making me feel like " sorry, its your problem...you can't prove that they were not delivered"

Since I paid for these with gift cards that I got on Raise, I have no recourse with Target. Just wondering if anyone else has run into this. If I end just being out the $300 that kind of blows my savings:(:headache:

Hoping for some solace that someone who has done this before has had better luck with Target on such an issue.

I heard back from Gift Card Mall. I can hardly believe their response, so I am posting it:

"Thank you for contacting us. I have checked this order, and this order has been canceled by a request made by eBay.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

I'm going to call e-bay tomorrow and see why they would request this order be cancelled. Frankly I don't believe it as I have 100% feedback and am a Power Seller. Also the seller never even mentions a refund to my Paypal account.

I also read their recent feedback and they have a lot of negative and neutral feedback for the exact same thing. I don't recall ever leaving negative feedback before but I may consider it this time. I lost my 15% off code and they never even informed me my order was cancelled.

Target ended up issuing a refund...so relieved that they took care of it. I was starting to sweat it!

I think I may be in a similar position. I ordered some that were $94 for a $100 gc (limit 2, free shipping) and those arrived today. I ordered 3 more $100 cards for full price plus 4.97 shipping a few hours later. Ebay says they will be delivered tomorrow, but no shipping confirmation. If they are, I will still try to cycle through ebay because of the 5x, but I have a while that I can wait it out, and for now I can get kmart gift cards (I've been getting ebay cards, but they are almost out. However I can always get southwest or disney cards if I can't get ebay, lol).

Will you be Able to use the Kmart cards to purchase Disney cards? I know my eBay was showing Kmart cards at 15% off, that would be nice.

Also, can anyone tell me how to sign up for eBay bucks? I've searched several times and can't find anything, and nothing in any emails about them. Thx!

my target giftcards were also canceled, now i have to find the gift cards i used to pay them with...

To everyone who has had their Target gift cards cancelled. I suggest calling e-bay and filing a claim. Cameron from Gift Card Mall told me (in an e-mail) the following:
  • e-bay had requested the transaction be cancelled (false statement - e-bay never did such a thing and would never do this since it is a legally binding transaction between the buyer and seller)
  • the transaction had been cancelled (false statement - Gift Card Mall hasn't cancelled the transaction)
  • the refund had been issued and would take 7 - 10 business days to go through Paypal (again false - e-bay told me once the refund is issued they would see it right away and it has not been issued)
Since all communication was through "message" on e-bay, they (e-bay) were able to read all the above and refute it.

I filed a claim with e-bay. It needs to stay open for 4 days before they will help me to get my $810.00 back.

If I had believed Gift Card Mall and waited 7 - 10 business days for my money to be refunded, they would have it in their hands for almost 3 weeks.

While this seller may have been good at some point in time (heck I received my 2 x $100.00 Target gift cards from them in the mail yesterday), something has happened that has caused them to behave very suspiciously. Just read their negative feedback left over the last month.

Thank you for this. I will definitely file a claim with eBay. Just before I read your message, I sent GCM another email stating that 7-10 days for a refund was unacceptable and I want my refund immediately. We'll see what they say. Ugh!

I know someone asked about RedPerks a while ago. I got my first 5% off certificate after buying eBay gift cards. I could not use it online on Disney gift cards:(

since target gift cards seem to be in limbo atm, Gamestop started selling physical Ebay gift cards. Gamestop allows you to use Gamestop gift cards to buy other gift cards. Ebay has like 3 different groups selling Gamestop gift cards. So just an idea for you all :)

remember always call and check with Gamestop to see if they have any in stock.

I went and purchased my Disney gift cards today at Giant Eagle. I was anticipating the usual 10 cents off gas for every $50 but right now they are having a special deal for 20 cents off every gallon of gas for restaurant cards, well apparently Disney cards qualify because I got 20 cents off for every $50 I purchased and I bought $1650 in cards. I have a large vehicle so I used all 30 gallons which means a savings of almost $200 in gas. I worked out the discount and it's about 12%. I could have used a rewards credit card and saved even more but I was happy with what I got today.

Oh great! This is wonderful news! I've got $500 worth of ebay GC that I'd planned to use to buy more Target GC from giftcardmall.....
This "gift carding to pay for WDW" can be "risky business"-- like playing the stock market- potential gains but losses as well. :-(

I personally won't deal with Gift Card Mall again. I will stick with my 5% raise and 5% Target discounts (hopefully Target will offer 10% again on Black Friday this year). I am too stressed about being out $810.00 to do this again. Lesson learned.

They keep sending a response to the dispute saying my refund is "being processed" and will take 7 - 10 business days. I have responded twice saying "process it now; e-bay verified that is doesn't take 7 - 10 business days to show up in my Paypal account". And they respond again with the same canned response. I am calling e-bay now to get them to stop sending me the same message. It's very frustrating.

I'm a little wary of Gift Card Mall too. I placed two orders for Target GC in August (one on the 18th and one on the 20th). The second order was shipped on the 21st and arrived exactly one week later. The first order was shipped on the 20th but it took USPS three weeks to deliver it. After following the tracking online for two weeks and watching my package go from West Sacramento up to Portland and then back down to Davis, CA and then back up to Portland, when it showed it was out for delivery, only to watch it go back to Davis, CA, I emailed Gift Card Mall using ebay response system. They promptly emailed back asking whether I wanted a refund or them to reship, but after replying that I wanted them to reship I kept getting these canned responses asking if I was satisfied with their response. After another week, I finally thought that maybe they were waiting for me to close the request before they would ship. As soon as I did that, the original order finally showed up. I held on to it for 10 days in case the reshipped order arrived, but it never did. Finally, I checked the balance on the cards from the original shipment and since there was a value on them, I immediately purchased Target gift cards from Target.com so that the value couldn't be drained. A few days later I got a call from Gift Card Mall. I think they realized that I drained the cards and were calling to follow up. It doesn't appear that they ever reshipped the order, so I'm glad I was able to use the original cards. I know I can't really blame Gift Card Mall for the package taking three weeks to arrive, but I wasn't impressed with their communication about what they were doing (if anything) to resolve the issue.

you think that the amount we pay in shipping they could afford 2-3 days shipping.

i sell lots of stuff on ebay and really only cost $6 for 2-3 day shipping for the weight of the cards.

That's so odd about GCM. I have bought $3,000 worth of Target gift cards from them in the last 2 months and had no problems whatsoever. I'm really wondering if they will ever get Target cards back in stock. I'm starting to think it's looking doubtful since they cancelled the last batch. I made the mistake of attempting to rollover one more time and bought 800 worth of ebay gift cards only to have them go out of stock before I could buy. I've been buying them via buy it now and auctions trying to get my ebay cards used up while they are offering 5x ebay bucks. I just won my last one and as soon as I get all of these I'm converting to Disney cards and I'm DONE! You're right about it being a risky / stressful business.

Ditto, I've got a little bit of money tied up in Ebay redemption codes at the moment, but it's part of the game. Worst case, there are Christmas presents I'll use it on, so I'll still be ahead. And even that, at 6% and 5% off already, plus Ebay bucks when I do spend, so it's still good all around. Just not a slam dunk that you will be able to go full circle back to Disney Cards.
