Editing as the link doesn't mention what it's about. A subsidiary has stopped accepting Visa and other stores may follow.
I'm afraid this is more cooperate BS from another greedy retail conglomerate.
They've been working toward eliminating "outside" credit cards for quite a while.
For nearly a year I've been receiving applications in the mail and in my e mail box touting the advantages of securing a Kroger credit card.
Apparently it's dawned on them that they can make 3% more on every credit card purchase if their customers will use their card instead of a bank card.
