Disney Gift Card Deals

Interesting. That explains how I was able to scan the package of Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage that I had in my fridge and get 10 kicks. I'm less than a half mile from Target, as the crow flies. I scanned it every day for three days until it dropped off the app. I just checked and it's back on the Target list so I'll have to try it again when I get home this evening.
I did that with dog food and canned fruit LOL. I live about a mile from Target.

Has anyone had their Mr Rebates $$ from BJs purchases move from Pending to Available yet? I have over $100 waiting from various purchases. I am too used to the Ebates instant response.

Mine is still pending, but my order date on my first round was 4/13 so it should literally be only days away. I'll definitely be reporting back as soon as it posts.

Check your Amex cards for a highly targeted offer for a $60 statement credit by spending $400 (15% savings) or more at Home Depot or homedepot .com. Home Depot stores carry a lot of third-party gift cards, including Disney, that this offer would work on! Good luck!

Hubby just bought 2 x $100 of the Amex gift cards at Kroger using the 4x coupon. Should have been 800 points - at least based on how they normally run these promos.

I received 1,248 points!! Looks like they gave me the normal 2x, which would be 400 points. Then using the coupon, they added ANOTHER 4x and also gave me 4x on the fees.

Going back for more of these and hoping it still works this way tomorrow.

UPDATED BestBuy info: When I bought a $300 Disney Gift card at Best Buy I checked out with my Amex. But I also had the cashier scan the instore Ebates QR code on my phone. They didn't think it worked. I had given up. But today I got the $3 ebates credit. Of course I almost immediately received the confirmation email I used my Amex offer.

Can you scan both shopkicks and ebates?

Haven't tried. Ebates hasn't tracked in-store gift card purchases for me in the past. @mmfox316, you might want to keep an eye on that cash back to see if Ebates won't claw it back.

You can have the cashier enter your Best Buy rewards number and scan Shopkick, and earn rewards on both. You don't earn Best Buy rewards on any portion of a purchase paid for with BBY gift cards, but paying with Amex works. Shopkick does earn points when paying with BBY gift cards.

I went online and read their policy. It looks like you can as long as it's in store.

Does anyone have an ACME grocery store near them? They recently bought out most of the (now closed) A&Ps in our area, and I'm finally close to a grocery store that offers gas rewards on gift card purchases.

I do have some questions about their current promotion, however, and wondered if anyone here has experience and can answer my questions. If not, I'll do the old trial and error, but in general, I prefer not to reinvent the wheel. ;)

The whole Bed Bath & Beyond scenario got me thinking (more a personal scenario but I could use the input). I'm registered at Buy Buy Baby for this November. I didn't register for much as I prefer to buy many things on my own at better prices - there's maybe 30 items on there and many under $50 (keep in mind I have an enormous, giving family).

Anyway, my mom will make a note that I'll be happy with gift cards just the same. Since Buy Buy Baby and Bed Bath & Beyond are the same company, I wonder if I should have any issue using any extra gift cards to purchase Disney Gift Cards at Bed Bath & Beyond or Buy Buy Baby? I could always use a filler item because I'm sure there will still be things I need (and has anyone even confirmed that you NEED a filler item?).

Also, store gift cards at resale sites are going for over 8% off which equates to nearly 9 or 10% with credit card points. I don't have the grocery/gas rewards option and the Best Buy option is so limited. Can only hope the wholesale club offer comes back for Discover or the Freedom in the future.

Thoughts?

We have several Acme stores close by. I do most of my grocery shopping there. I've done the fuel points deals, but only because I shop there regularly. I don't make purchases specifically for the fuel points. The points can only be used at SUNOCO stations and only select ones, at that.

There's a deal this week where you get 20 cents/gal bonus with a $25 purchase. The fine print says "restrictions apply", but for the life of me, I can't find anywhere that spells out those restrictions. I was hoping you can make multiple $25 purchases to stack up the savings.

So far as I can tell the restrictions are listed in the fine print and it mostly boils down to the program itself and not necessarily earning the points. Namely you can only redeem a max of $1 / gallon at a time and it's only good "...at participating Sunoco stations and at Safeway, Vons, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Albertsons and Carrs/Safeway branded fuel stations (collectively, “Albertsons Companies Banner stores”) " It's always the same on each promo, I've never seen or experienced any other restrictions when earning other than what's outlined in the program.

I am woefully behind on my shopping this week so I haven't tried the bonus yet, but I would think multiple transactions would work.

I've taken advantage of the offer twice this week and the deal is being continued next week as well. I'm not sure what the restrictions might be other thaUsuan gas must be purchased at participation SUNOCO stations and you can only get a maximum of $1 off per gallon. Points expire at the end of the month in which they were earned. I don't use a lot of gas, so gas perks have never been a big draw for me. However, even with an 18-gallon fillup, 20¢ per gallon for every $25 spent on a GC would translate to a savings of $3.60. That's 14.4% even before taking the 1 gas pt./$ that's part of the regular gas rewards program. So I guess the question becomes: "Does the offer apply to GC purchases and if so, does Acme carry $25 Disney GCs?" Hmmm....I may need to stop in the nearest Acme tomorrow and buy a $25 GC to BB, Target or Disney just to see if it triggers the bonus.

I apologize if this is a redundant question but I don't think I'm going to find a quick answer. I'm going to be purchasing a laptop at Best Buy. I will be signing up for a BB credit card for the first time and will be getting 10% back in rewards on my first purchase. Does anyone know if this would get rewards back if I purchased Disney Gift Cards at the same time? I would need to purchase online since the laptop I want is not available in store. TIA
