Disney Gift Card Deals

Anyone having problems buying more than $500 in Disney cards at Target? I was hoping to purchase $700 in Target from Cardpool, then turn around and use that for Disney gift cards for the additional 5% off with redcard as default payment.

The most I purchased from Target in gift cards was $300 at once - don't want to get banned as others have.

You want to order $700 in a single order ? I wouldn't I would break it up. We don't know how target decides to ban people. I thought someone said they only bought $2500 in GC before they got banned.

I placed a $700 order on 7/23 and no issues (yet). Obviously that is no gaurantee because, as ellie05 mentioned, we have no clue what sets off the Target reseller alert. But I was able to do it then. That was my latest order, so I can't speak to if they changed the limits per order since then.

Did you receive your order yet? I ordered a $100 gift card on 7//31 and received it on 8/6.

Yes I did. According to my notes, I confirmed the balance of each GC on 7/28 so it likely arrived then or the day before.

I'm new to this thread and looking for some help. I successfully bought a $100 Target gift card last night via a 10% stacked discount just to try it out. Can someone explain how to get discounted Disney gift cards at Walgreens and Kmart? I have both stores in my town.

did you get the bj's offer on your spg? if so that beats it, b/c you can get the same discount plus 5% back thru the 31st of the month- or use a chase freedom cc to buy and get 5% back or 5x points but I get it about the spg points,those are gold

walgreens story.... i have succesfully bought from this same store twice. I wanted a $200 disney and 3 $100 ebay cards, i went to swipe gift cards and it said it wouldnt work... she called manager over he said cant buy gc with gc i told him i could if it wasnt a cash type card. she voided all gift cards i asked nicely if i could just buy the $200 disney card, swiped gc and that worked. i don't know if my order was too high or if it was the ebay cards..... might be cashing out to all disney cards ;/

not sure, but I'll bet you could order online thru her account,and use your spg to pay.... you can try it with a small amount to test- it's running thru end of month so multiple uses

@jaccceee posted about problems making a $500 GC-to-GC purchase at Walgreen's. It seems to work for lesser amounts.

My local Walgreens,that I successfully bought $400 ebay gc yesterday, didn't work. It must have something to do with the amount ($500) that I tried to buy or Walgreens rewards card or the over $500 total. Yesterday I didn't use rewards card.

The 5% was offered/activated on my laptop even though it says app. My cart shows 5% but didn't buy because I don't feel like it's worth it. Maybe I'm done with churning like when Forest Gump stopped running.

Went back to my local Walgreens that I couldn't purchase $500 ebay gc yesterday. It worked fine for $300 one and the day before that,$400 gc. Didn't use rewards card or have any other items. Not sure if it matters though.

I think it's best to do $200 at a time. As others have mentioned, I think the higher amounts set something off and it won't go through. I was successfully able to do $200 the other day and swipe two $100 WGGCs through with no problem.

Excellent. I actually stopped by a Target store and had them consolidate the 16 gift cards I had online to one gift card. And I just placed the order online for 7 $100 Disney gift cards. Fingers crossed all goes well!
