A Cast Member is never supposed to say "I don't know," if s/he doesn't know, they are supposed to get on the phone and find out. They are also never supposed to react to stupid questions, such as "What time does the 3:00 parade start?", etc. Don't laugh, it happens a lot!


Each Cast Member is to "never point". Each Cast Member when, asked a question, such as,"where's the restrooms?" is supposed to use an open palmed directional. Never pointing with one finger.

Cast members are also allowed to point with two fingers.

Wow this is intresting... The money people throw into the wishing wells is all given to charity, and so are the money lefted on the grounds. Cool.
