Does Disney still offer the Birthday Fun Card for people that go to a Disney park on their birthday?

I found this link on Disney's site-

If they still offer them on birthdays, do you know how I can get more info about them?

I believe that was just for the What Will You Celebrate promotion, that happened last year.

yup that offer is over now. It was a good deal. The Give a Day program replaced it this year.

The special birthday promo is done, it was only in '09.

But to be clear, this year is still a "what will you celebrate" year...it's still on the front pages of wdw and dlr websites. They just aren't doing anything FREE for it.
