disney free dining

Does anyone remember over the years, did the free dining apply to suites or just single rooms? we have a family suite at all star and was debating if I should switch to 2 rooms! whats your thoughts?

It should include a suite. We always stay in a 2 bedroom villa and as long as a villa is available for the free dining it is included. Remember, not every room is included in the offer, Disney only alots so many rooms per resort for the free dining and when they are all booked you are out of luck.
