Disney Food Pictures...Part V!

In the middle is kimchi and in front is California Roll made with brown rice.
I forget the name of the item in the back. It had finely ground pork, Japanese BBQ sauce, curry and various seasonings which was formed into a ball and rolled in seasoned panko crumbs, then quickly deep fried. It was quite tasty!
The biggest disappointment was the sushi, which was meh. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I was expecting better.

This sounds (and looks) like a take on kare-pan! We just returned from a trip to Japan. Kare-pan is a popular street food - it's a deep fried panko breaded roll filled with Japanese curry. It is amazingly delicious, and we had quite a few of them on our trip! Haha

That's it exactly, thank you so much! For the life of me I couldn't remember the name of it. We never saw anything like it when we were in Japan a number of years ago, so either this is a new thing or we just didn't see it. It really was delicious, it was my favourite thing on the plate, LOL.
