California Grill
This was the "Vegetarian Unplugged"
I should have written it down because I can't quite remember the details. But basically, I think, the chef(s) prepare current sides from the regular menu and that's the entree. The server asked if I wanted it vegan, so perhaps they're able to do that as well. It was delicious!
Assorted pastries...regular croissant, pastry with dates and berries, almond frangipane; ham, cheese and bechamel sandwich; tartine aux fromages; blueberry jam; Brie and another hard cheese
Inside of the almond pastry (my favorite on the plate!)
Smoked salmon, creme fraiche, onion flatbread...this was disgusting. I sent it back after just two bites and I truly don't think I've EVER sent back any dish
L'Artisan de Glaces
One scoop each: caramel fleur de sel and nought with honey and nuts
Epcot's La Hacienda de San Angel
I asked if there was a vegetarian menu since most of the items on the regular menu had meat and they did!
Chips and red and green salsas
Orange mango fire margarita
These are the tacos de vegetales. The menu doesn't mention that they include rice and beans and I didn't ask for them but they showed up with my main entree!
All the rest I'll post now are from March 2015 that I should have posted then! I'll try to recall what/where they were, but I'm not going to go track down detail from menus...
Sanaa
Bread service with all accompaniments
Pork dish
Vegetarian sampler, I think paneer tikka, vegetable wat and five grain pilaf
