Did not like the veggie option on the lunch menu, so the chef came to the table and I told him to "surprise me"!
Red and yellow watermelon salad w/ green beans and goat cheese. Polenta. Asparagus. Corn salad w/ string beans, mushrooms, peppers and cilantro. Bulgar in a delicious brown sauce. Everything was incredible.
