Charcuterie Plate with Pate, Sausages, Prosciutto, cornichons, Wine braised pearl onion jam, stone ground mustard and a toasted baguette.

Delicious, especially the pate!

Bread Basket with sea salted butter. The bread is a mini baguette which is crisp on the outside and very soft on the inside. Extremely tasty!

Thyme Scented Pork Rack Chop with Au Gratin pasta and seasonal vegtables and an Au Jus. Very moist and flavorful!! The au gratin pasta is essentially a baked mac and cheese, so delicous!

Pan Seared Salmon on Leek Fondue and Creamy Saffron Infused Crushed Potatoes.
Amazing!! One of the best Salmon dishes I've ever had! Maybe even the best. Highly recommend this!

The Grey Stuff!!! Very, very, very good!! And, yes it's delicious!

Quinoa Salad- I thought this was DELICIOUS

The Monsier something sandwich (sorry-I can't remember its fancy name!) - but it was basically a grilled cheese (with fancy cheese) and Ham. I had a few bites of it and I loved it. The carved ham makes it!

Strawberry cupcake- To die for. Best cupcake on property that I've had

Lemon Custard Creme Puff- pretty good, just not the cupcake
