Disney Food Pictures...Part IV!

Fresh hot caramel corn was just made and we had to have it. It is so buttery, so chewy and sweet and salty and I just cannot describe it, the taste is unlike any other and I cannot eat caramel corn from any of the other parks now...Epcot has ruined it for me We just got a small bag to share

The plan was to split the oatmeal apple caramel cookie...it was gross. Very dry and hard and blech

They were making fresh caramel corn so we had to get another little bag...it sold out in seconds.

coffee and Frunch

I had carved ham (excellent, very tender and not salty), the sausage biscuit casserole (a bit too salty for me but it was still tasty), a sausage link (not cooked enough for me), potatoes (they were cold) and the scrambled eggs with chives and goat cheese (this was amazing, the goat cheese adds this incredible flavor and texture..I could not get enough of it) and a croissant (very fresh and yummy).

Todd had bacon (he said it was much better than the food court), the ham (he loved this) scrambled eggs (very creamy and yummy), potatoes (also cold), banana bread (moist and very tasty) and a pecan sticky roll (he loved this).

Second plates...for me I had some plain scrambled eggs (delish, nice and soft and creamy), a little corn beef hash (way too salty to eat), cinnamon raisin french toast (this was awesome, tons of flavor and nice and sweet)

Fruit - all of it was great except the pineapple because it was sour

Taco Salad from Peco Bills in MK

CHH and ordered the fried shrimp plate with cole slaw and fries. Since I have heard so much about the apple crisp and I love all things apple we got one of those too.

We each tried the aqua frescos, I had the strawberry which was very mild and he had the lemon that was very strong and too sweet

I was in a salad mood and Todd always eats salad so we shared the mixed greens with peppers, mushrooms, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes with red wine vinagrette....it is a 2 person order only for $10 but one of us could have easily polished it off. The salad was fantastic, very fresh and delish!

Todd had the spaghetti with a ton of meatballs and ate the entire plate. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente and had just enough sauce. The meatballs are packed with flavor and very tender.

I had the candele which is like a baked ziti with sausage meatballs (or sausage balls), ricotta that is so thick and creamy and mozzarella.

We had coffee and shared a dessert, the zeppoli. They are little fried ricotta donuts with a rich dark chocolate for dipping and fresh whipped cream. I think there were 12 donuts in the cone. Awesome awesome amazingly awesome. Not greasy, not too sweet, just right!

I had a Passionfruit Mojito DH had the Iron Horse

The bread was a kalamata olive bread, very earthy and musky flavor and a grain bread that was soft in the middle with a crispy crust.

Aranacini, risotto balls.

Romaine Salad, sorta like a caesar but not.

Short ribs with a potato and sweet potato gratin.

The Filet with an Italian twist

We shared the chocolate banana torte with vanilla ice cream.

DH had a Magicale to go with his dessert.

The fruit was fantastic! Grapes, watermelon, oranges, grapefruit, cantelope, honeydew and pineapple. Very sweet and cold and excellent...better than Boma

My first plate, scrambled eggs (the bestest!), sausage that is crispy and delish, potatoes that had onions and peppers in them and were excellent, biscuits and gravy that had great flavor and tender biscuits, breakfast pizza that was scrambled eggs, cheeses and salsa (OMG this was amazing!)

Todd had the same but minus the link and add the bacon. He loved all of it and cleaned his plate

My second plate, more breakfast pizza, bacon (ick but Todd liked it), corn bread that was very moist and tasty and I loved it! Apple danish that was sweet and moist and tasty and perfect! The best for last, bread pudding, holy breakfast Batman this was incredible!

The bread was served very cold and the butter was rock hard frozen...not a good start

The plate was huge and although the servings are small (2 oz) they are very rich and stong so you do not need more than that. The cheeses were served with olive crisps, candied Marcondia (sp) almonds, dates, honeycomb and what Todd called ...a pear gummy drop (like a little gelatin cube)

I love figs and I love risotto so I asked the server if I could have a little taste...I wish I didnt. This was sooo salty it was disgusting and I discretely spit it out in my napkin.

We shared the Arancini...this was pretty ick. They were very heavy, pasty and salty. The sauce was excellent though. Citrico's were a million times better.

The mozzarella, basil and tomato salad was excellent. Creamy mozz, juicy tomatoes and fresh basil with a fantastic light olive oil...it was perfect!

Todd got the pepperoni with a side of pizza The pepperoni pizza was just loaded with pepperoni and it was sliced very thin and super tasty. He loved this....I dont do pepperoni as it causes much havoc on me so I will take his word for it

I had the pizza with the parma ham, artichokes, eggplant and mushrooms. I didnt expect it to be served with 1 item on each slice...I thought the toppings would be spread out more. It was an fantastic pizza and I would get it again in a heartbeat
