Still at Mara Grill.... but this is the last and the best....

My Mom's dessert... Fried Cheesecake!

princezB- Glad you enjoyed the school bread. One of my new faves it the almond pastry from France (starts with a "p"). It is really moist and containes an almond paste. See why I must go to Epcot at least times?!?
shaneandjake- The bread is only okay- nothing more than a roll cut in half. I will ask to sub a pita next time. The rest of the platter is so good and the baklava is delicious!

Is apple cobbler the only dessert at LTT for dinner? That toffey cake looks amazing!!!

The cobbler comes with the dinner, although they might allow you to order desserts from the lunch menu, and you would just pay extra.

Yeah. What is the story with the gray noodles at 1900s park fare? Did you like that place? we have it booked for December.

Debbie

LOL...they were some kind of Asian noodles...soba noodles, I think. They were okay. On the whole we found 1900 Park Fare average. The food ranged from delicious to completely inedible, and we didn't care for the character interaction either (in fact, the Stepmother never even came to our entire wing of the restaurant).

Sorry to say that we will never include it on our list of ADR's
The food was not up to Disney Par....
Especially when you have such a huge selection of
similiar buffets...I would pass..........FAST PASS:rotfl:

Is that mustard or cheese sauce?

I was going to ask the same thing, until I saw that Mrs. P. had already asked. Sometimes colors don't look the same on a computer screen, and sometimes the fake cheese sauce looks a lot like a day-glo yellow, so I wasn't sure either. :confused3

I wasnt sure either.... I thought it looked like mustard, but couldn't imagine why there would be so much of it so I was thinking it was actually cheese.

These are from our Sept. 2007 free dining fun--just me and 4 of my kids. We'll be there to do it again in 3 weeks, but this time dh will be coming. These first pictures are at Citrico's:

My son's salad:

I believe this is the sauteed shrimp appetizer:

Dessert from the kid's menu, Dalmation Biscuits (chocolate eclairs):

More to come...

This was the filet over some kind of croutons or something. I think they called it "mediterranean salad" or something like that. I remember I didn't care for it, but the steak was good:

Here's my daughter trying to decide between 2 of the desserts, a chocolate cake, and I think the other might have been Butterfinger cheesecake?:

This must have been the steak off the kid's menu?:

My sushi platter:

Asian Hoisin BBQ Ribs:

BBQ Chicken Quesadilla:

I don't see this dessert listed on the menu anymore; I think it was some sort of chocolate cake:
summer2007DisneyWorldSept2007324.jpg

My son had the creme brulee:

Make Your Own Sundae Artist's Palette from the kid's menu:

I have more!

My twins shared the NY Strip steak at Coral Reef:

But they each insisted on their OWN Chocolate Wave! I don't blame them:

This was at the Brown Derby- the Grapefruit cake and the Chocolate Flourless cake:

"Kevin's Heavenly Ham":

"Paddy's Pork":

I think this is a partially eaten appetizer, "Dalkey's Duo":

My bread pudding pictures didn't turn out well, but this is "Dunbrody Kiss":

This picture's not very good, but it's the filet mignon at Le Cellier:
summer2007DisneyWorldSept2007128.jpg

At Wolfgang Puck Express--this was some kind of chicken sandwich:
summer2007DisneyWorldSept2007054.jpg

My daughter liked her pepperoni pizza:
summer2007DisneyWorldSept2007052.jpg

My son wasn't happy about the entirely unnecessary ingredients topping his cheese pizza:
summer2007DisneyWorldSept2007050.jpg

From the kid's menu, the chicken strips and a grilled cheese sandwich, both with mashed potatoes:

Yeah, I was pretty sure it was mustard, but I've definitely seen cheese of that color. I agree, I would never eat cheese that color..... but then, I don't eat mustard that color either!

Here's one, by request from Cape May this June:

Bowl of the best Clam Chowder, and assorted salads from the salad bar:
