MickeyNicki, your pictures are great and now I can't wait for my trip to Boma in November. The only thing, these two photos are labeled backwards. Quinoa is a grain I have used often in my line of work and is one of my favorite offerings at Boma. Just thought I would let you know......thanks for all the photos!!!

Quinoa is considered one of the worlds oldest grains......it was used as a primary nutrition sources for Aztec warriors. This grain has also is considered to be a nearly perfect grain because of the nutrient value packed inside. The nutrients packed into this grain are a major reason the Aztecs thought it was a gift to their culture from the gods.

Pap is a porridge produced in many nations as a primary source of nutrition for young children. It is often created by soaking bread in a hot liquid (usually milk) and stirring until a thick creamy cereal product results.

Both can be very delicious, but it depends on how they are made. I personally love quinoa in both savory and sweet applications.

Please tell me about Goofys Candy Company. I read that you can make your own candy but a friend of mine says you can only choose your toppings. Which one is true?

Your friend is correct. You choose an apple, marshmallows, or pretzel rods and then tell the CM what toppings you want, then watch them make it. Actually they have a little sheet of paper that lists all the toppings and you check which ones you want.

We dont have Raglan Road planned because my husband doesnt like strange foods unless its in a buffet so Im wondering where else we can get bread pudding besides RR & Ohana?

Most places will happily leave off strange sauces or other things, making it, for example, a plain old steak with mashed potatoes. My Dad likes strange food, but his stomach doesn't tolerate it. Last time at CG, he ordered the filet with the sauce on the side. No problem. I'm sure (although not positive) Raglan Road would do the same.

Actually, I hope they do, because next time Dad goes, he is taking Uncle, who refuses to not only NOT eat strange food, but also refuses to eat anything green. They have ADRs at Raglan Road.

BTW, to everyone else who has posted pix, THANK YOU. I know some people joke that they put on weight looking at the pictures, I think this thread has helped me LOSE WEIGHT. I've lost 10 pounds in prep for our trip to WDW (and I'm short, so 10 pds has made a difference). My secret? Everytime I'm hungry, I sign on an look at picture of WDW food! I'm still hungry, but I imagine everything I'm going to eat at WDW. I just hope I don't put back on everything I've lost.

That pizza from Spoodles looks AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am ordering that next time!!!!!

Does anyone have a picture of the "crispy petite chicken" from the California Grill? I would love to eat there but I'm a pretty picky eater...not very adventurous. This sounds like the most normal thing on the menu but I would love to see a pic of it.

Just had to correct some of my information here......did some fact checking this morning because on my post from last night I wasn't 100% sure I attributed quinoa to the proper culture. As it turns out I was incorrect about the culture........it was the Incas, not the Aztecs. I love food history as well as the food itself, so I just wanted to make sure I passed along the correct info!

Coming out of lurking to say I think I have to go here! It looks like REAL gelato! Do you know how hard that is to find?! But how can they not have pistachio?! I think I had a double scoop (pistachio/chocolate) every day I was in Rome on my 2 trips - I'm still ruined on ice cream and that used to be my go-to comfort food!
