Just got a Disney survey to be a part of a video conference focus group. They'll pay $200 if selected to join the group. It will be a 90 minute meeting.

They asked a bunch about my July visit and said I'd hear back.

Anyone else?

Curious how large of a group participates in any of these meetings. Seems like it would be a challenge to not have a few chatty people take over the discussion unless they have facilitators who can keep the meeting under control. Assuming it is legit, seems like $200 per participant is a lot of money just to get people's opinions about something to do with Disney. Seems a well-craftered survey could reach more people, yield similar results and not cost them nearly as much to conduct.

I received the survey and offer, filled out the questionnaire and never heard back. Then, just this week, I received the same thing again about a subsequent visit. I am still waiting to hear more but at least this one had a potential date a the end.

Years ago I was asked to participate in a focus group while at the Animal Kingdom. It worked out well because they gave me $100 in disney dollars and I got to rest my feet in a nice air conditioned room for about an hour or so.
I did one of those too! Many years ago and the topic was the ESPN World of Sports complex. I also got 100$ Disney Dollar. There were about 8 of us total in the room if memory serves.
