If I order from them, will the gift be in the room before the guest arrives?

No. It will be brought to the room after they check in or given to them at the front desk.

Because of last minute room changes etc. they won't deliver until after you check in. I ordered flowers for my wife, we checked in and when we returned from the parks the flowers had been delivered.
