Hi! I’m looking for a look-over on my LLMP pre-booking order for an upcoming trip. I’m very familiar with Disney planning in general, but this is a party of 16, so there’s a lot more coordination than usual with mixed interests, heights, and ride tolerances. 😵‍💫 My main goal is to make this as efficient and low-stress as possible for everyone—especially on such a busy weekend with Mardi Gras/Pres Day!

I’ve looked at Thrill Data and recent availability trends, and this is the order I’m planning to book at 7:00 AM week out.

Park Days

2/13: EP (morning)
2/14: DAK (morning) → DHS (LLMP only at DHS)
2/15: MK (morning)

Booking Order + Target Return Times

1. Slinky (DHS – Tier 1)
Target: ~3:30–5:00 PM

2. Remy (EP – Tier 1)

Target: ~9:00–10:30 AM

3. Peter Pan (MK – Tier 1)

Target: ~9:00–10:30 AM

4. Toy Story Mania (DHS – Tier 2)

Target: ~3:00–4:00 PM

5. Soarin’ (EP – Tier 2)

Target: ~10:15–11:30 AM

6. Living with the Land (EP – Tier 2, Sub-Group A)

Target: ~11:15–12:15 PM

7. Spaceship Earth (EP – Tier 2, Sub-Group B)

Target: ~11:15–12:15 PM

8. Alien Swirling Saucers (DHS – Tier 2)

Target: ~3:45–4:45 PM

9. Tower of Terror (DHS – Tier 2)

Target: ~5:15–6:15 PM

10. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway (DHS – Tier 1)

Target: ~5:15–6:15 PM

Additional Context/Questions

• On-site guest with a 7-day booking window
• Party of 16, intentionally split into sub-groups
• I may have one other person booking simultaneously on a separate account/phone to help cover everything

For those who’ve booked recently:
Do you think it’s better to book strictly in priority order across all days like this, or would you still recommend doing one park day at a time, especially with a group this large?

Appreciate any insight—thanks! 🧚‍♀️

I don’t know if that would work, jumping between days. You make your selections and then pay for it for that day. You could just book 1 ride, pay for that day and then go to the next day, then go back to the first day but I think that will be time consuming and confusing.

Yikes that is going to be a challenge for multiple groups per day. The basic method for a larger group is to have multiple individuals booking for different day / park selections. You should pick your key parks of MK and HS first and do Epcot last. You have a very busy weekend of 2/13 - 2/14 since it leads in to President's Day on 2/15.

Yes—the challenge is very real lol 😵‍💫

Thank you for the input! It is going to be a crazy weekend with the holidays as you mentioned, but I'm just hoping for the best at this point—all I can do! Lol

I would not go bouncing around, do 1 day at a time. You are already going to be bordering on overwhelmed with that many people. Check thrill data the night before booking for an idea of availability.

Already overwhelmed! 😂 and great idea to check TD the night before! I agree regarding just booking day by day as usual and not jumping around!

I will have myself and another family member on 2 diff MDEs booking separate days (with everyone appropriately linked on both accounts), and hopefully that will help. Wondering if I could have another individual on one of those same MDEs to book the third day.

To everyone's point, it's already SO challenging booking for a diverse party of 16, so I'm really just trying to make it as easy for myself as possible! Especially with the busyness of the holiday weekend.

The group I'm going with hasn't been since paper FPs (!), so it's a learning curve for them to understand what's going on. For reference, I'm a recent ex-CM and now AP, and I don't really do attractions when I visit, much less LLMP! I'm just trying to give the group a magical trip 🪄😂

Any other booking tips to make this process a little less painful? 😖

Just to confirm you are only able to book (3) LLMP attractions on your initial purchase at 7 AM either 7 days before your visit or (3) days if you are off-site guests (for other guests following along).

If you want (3) people booking on (1) day's it should only take 4 minutes right a 7 AM ET and then you sweat the details until you hit the parks.
