Disney first timer with EE ???'s

My DW and I will be going to DL Feb 24-28 for our first family vacation. Our kids are 3 and 18 mnths. We are staying at the DLH and plan on EE on Tues and Thurs. Does anyone have suggestions for what rides to go on and when?? Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Rides open for EE:
All Fantasyland rides except Casey Jr. and Storybookland Canal Boats
Space Mountain
Buzz
Nemo
Astro Orbitor

Here's what I'd do:
One EE (doesn't matter which one)- Peter Pan first, Dumbo, Alice in Wonderland, (Mad Tea Party optional depending on if kids like spinning), (King Arthur Carousel optional(it's just a carousel)) in that order. See how they did on Alice. If they did ok on that, you can try Mr. Toad or Pinocchio. Both are dark and very scary. If they are fine on those: Mirror, mirror on the wall. Which Fantasyland dark ride is the scariest of them all? Snow White. Only ride if they did fine on Mr. Toad AND Pinocchio.

Second EE- Line up 30+ minutes before EE starts and book it over to Nemo. IF (strong if) you have any time after that, ride Buzz once or twice.
