Hey, has anyone received the winter 2016 Disney Files yet? We haven't gotten a Disney Files magazine since the summer. I want to ask Member Services about this but I wanted to wait until others have received the Winter ones until I complained I hadn't got it.

I did receive my winter copy at least a month ago. Oh I have been in your shoes over the past year. I had to call to receive the spring copy, which i received pretty quickly. I called numerous times to receive the summer copy and kept being told to wait 6-8 weeks ( 2-3 different times) only to still have never received it (thankfully a nice member here mailed me her copy). I finally ended up receiving my winter copy. I would call now or do a chat -- they will tell you to wait 6 weeks because they are probably still being mailed out.

Our copy came about 2 weeks ago, in Pennsylvania if that makes any difference.

We live in the greater Houston area and received our Winter 2016 Disney files about 3 weeks ago. I had contacted MS in November because we had not received any Disney Files copies in 2016.

Went to look and the last one in the magazine rack is Winter 2015

Got it about 2 weeks ago here in Houston.

We live in the greater Houston area and received our Winter 2016 Disney files about 3 weeks ago. I had contacted MS in November because we had not received any Disney Files copies in 2016.

We're also in Houston area & received ours several weeks ago. I agree with PP - you should call or online chat.

I chatted online with members service and they told me to check my privacy setting to make sure they were all checked to yes, which I did and they were. I saved i all as yes again and hopefully it will work for the next round. As for this round they said they will resend me the winter one. It will take 2-4 weeks, fingers crossed it will get here.
