I've looked online and can't find when these events are held. I can't seem to find any recent navigators with this info. Trying to figure out when we can do Palo, etc

We did both the princess gathering and Anna and Elsa meet and greet two weeks ago. We got a ticket for 9:15am for Anna and Elsa at Animator's Palate then had a ticket for the princesses in the Atrium at 10:00am. It was very nice because it didn't take long and could get both done within an hour.

This is what we did on The Wonder last month as well. It was quick.
Just wanted to add, we were given tickets for the following morning which was CC day. We had a cabana and didn't want to miss a moment of the day, so I had to go to guest services to change the tickets out for the following day at Nassau. Port adventure desk can only give you the first available ticket, they can't change it for you, which I thought was strange.

As soon as you board go to the excursions desk and ask for tickets. The will have the time and place printed on them. Our meet and greet was in animators palate.

Yep, ours was Animator's Palate on the Fantasy earlier this month. I was skeptical on how the new process would work for the Princess m&g and the Elsa/Anna m&g but I was blow away on how efficient it was. Elsa and Anna m&g was great and hardly any waiting at all.

Be sure to check the Navigator for the distribution spot. It is usually the Port Adventures desk on deck 5, but not always (I am aware of at least one cruise when it was in D Lounge instead).

Is anna and elsa on every sail on the fantasy? Id love to use a fp+ on something else at mk before our cruise begins.

At the moment, yes. I'm sure the Frozen fever will eventually die down and it will be replaced by something else. But if you're cruising soon, you're probably safe.

To be safe, just before you start your vacation at WDW, call DCL (or check in here) to make sure the Anna & Elsa meets are still going on.

Thank you for this thread I see it was a while ago it had started. Im assumig by 2 weeks from now that it will be even more efficient. I'm glad we have a few days before we arrive at our destination to enjoy our cruise!

We had Elsa only, no Anna. Ours was held the first full sea day in Animator's Palate. We had tickets to the first meet of the day (9 a.m.) and I believe we were second in line. (I have a big Elsa fan). I think we only arrived about 5 minutes early. Our Princess gathering was in the lobby/atrium area at 9:15. WHen we arrived there were just a few people ahead of us. I am not sure if it was because we were early getting our tickets (got them as soon as we boarded) or just the way they do it, but they were kind enough to schedule them back to back, so we could go from one to the other. I really liked the way it was done. I wish Anna was there. I thought that Fantasy just did not have Anna, but apparently they do on other cruises. Luckily for us Isabella really loves Elsa and Anna is just meh to her.

Lisa do you know when this was? My daughter would love to meet the both of them esp. after a nightmare September of last year when we waited for almost 2 hours in Disney and they closed the line on us. Many people I know are going right away when they board.. is there a sign or do you have to ask someone? Thanks for your help :)

How long was the line to get tickets? We have a 10:30 PAT so we should be in one of the earlier boarding groups. I was thinking of heading to the Port Adventures desk (or wherever the ticket distribution is listed in the Navigator) before heading up to Cabanas to get lunch. But then I've read reports of very long lines and was wondering if the lines were that long so early after boarding.

We were on the Fantasy at the end of March and had both Anna and Elsa. Maybe Anna was sick that day?

One of the recent Fantasy Navigators (May 9th, I think) listed only Queen Elsa as being on the cruise. Other cruises have had both Elsa and Anna listed. So I'm guessing either Anna needed to skip a cruise due to vacation or she was sick and unable to perform that cruise.

I find this so weird. Just Elsa? Why?

I was on the Fantasy the last week in April this year and got onboard around noon. Went straight to the line for these tickets and the line was long, wrapped around to near the BBB entrance. Waited maybe 30 min. Got tickets for the first sea day for 1p princess first then 2p for Elsa/Anna. Princess is in the Atrium, E/A in AP. They had staggered times for these events. I'm thinking that if you don't care for these events to happen early in your sailing, you don't need to wait in the long line early. I'd like to hear from someone on my sailing who had princess & E/A tickets for the last sea day and see when they got their tickets, to compare...
