Disney Fantasy Deck 6 Aft staterooms vibration concern?

We were in room 8644 on the Fantasy in 2014 which is aft. HORRIBLE vibrations , i couldn't sleep. Ugh We're on the Dream next year , I chose very forward rooms to hopefully avoid it.

I think I know where the mechanical type vibrations in this room area would be. the laundry is directly across from that cabin
if 1 or more of those machines have issues like not insulated from the deck properly, every room nearby will likely feel it. there's also a lage area in between the port and stbd rooms, that could contain machinery that supports the ship in some way shape or form

We were on the Dream 10/31-11/4 and in 6670 (aft family deluxe oceanview room). I noticed vibrations horribly when we pulled into Castaway Cay. not sure what it was about there, as I didn't notice it as much in Nassau (maybe because they have to do a full 180 in the port so it's already going slow), but wowwy did we we feel it at CC. I figured we must have been right above the thrusts!

Don't think so since the vibrations I was seeing continued all the time the Fantasy was going at close to full speed, around 21 knots. I felt these vibrations all over the ship from the movie theater to Cabana's to The Tube and the elevator lobbies. When the ship didn't need to go at those higher speeds there was no vibration felt, at least on the cruise I was on.

I've felt the thruster vibration on all four Disney ships and the one Carnival ship that I've sailed on. It never has really bothered me except when it's really early in the morning and we're still trying to sleep.

From what I'm seeing, there's 2 different sets of vibrations. The first is the one from the ship itself like you mentioned when the ship is moving at or near full speed. The 2nd seems.more local, and is more constant, even when the ship is moving slower, more mechanical. That one is the one I was referring to like the old shaker beds. The other one, the speed related one, I just barely noticed and that was in my water glass in Animators, on her maiden. Deck 6 aft where it's being reported again, as a more mechanical is also the location for the public laundry,. they alternate decks with the location of the laundroes. Even decks there aft, odd there forward.

I'm in 9610. Where should I move (if possible) to avoid the shake?

See if you can search on these forums, there are several recent threads that talk about the aft vibrations on the Fantasy. Maybe to be safe, you can move more forward. That's what we're doing on the Dream later this year, but I was told there are not the same issues on the Dream.

I've stayed in two aft rooms on the Dream. Any shaking is a result of docking maneuvers, you should not have your hangers in the closet without anything on them. The last night on board we took them off and placed a towel on them, since I know we get to Port Canaveral early and well, all our clothes had been packed..

I have concerns over our Disney Fantasy Deck 6 Aft staterooms after reading many accounts of significant vibration problems. We are specifically in rooms 6673 and 6682. For those who have stayed on deck 6 aft is it really that much of an issue? And any reviews of those specific staterooms would be great! We have been on the Disney Fantasy before deck 9 midship and there were vibrations but I didn't find it to be that bad. Thank you so much!!
Do you possibly have a picture of your veranda? We have booked these rooms in May of 2020.
