On the Panama cruise, the Dis group got the larger table for brunch, and the ladies also went to tea.

I will call DCL and just ask how we can arrange it. I would assume everyone wants to try to make it a sea day - I will have to check out itinerary.

I don't want to say the following to inflame anyone, but my DH and I prefer brunch at Palo instead of dinner. While dinner was good, we didn't think it was as remarkable as brunch.

During the ladies tea on the Panama cruise, a bunch of the husbands paraded by the windows in their speedos. There are pictures somewhere, if anyone knows where they shd post them.

Stateroom Numbers will only be shared with those who choose to participate.

White Elephant Ornament Swap (TBD first Dis meet): Each participant supplies one wrapped Christmas ornament to our to the first (TBD) Cruise Meet. The ornaments should not cost more than $20 and reflect where you are from, something about yourself, or Disney. In a random, predetermine order we will take turns choosing ornament. The first person opens a wrapped ornament and the turn ends. The second person then chooses whether to open a wrapped ornament or "steal" a previously opened ornament. If a person has his ornament stolen, he also has the option of choosing a wrapped ornament or stealing an unwrapped one. When a wrapped ornament is opened, the turn ends. When all gifts have been unwrapped, the swap ends.

Also, For the Palo brunch... I believe you need a certian number of people to get a "private" table, I think it is in it's own room or something... If you need two more people count my wife and I in (Joe and Andrea). However, if there are other Singles that would like to join and you need the seats, we will happily give ours up to those who have not experienced Palo.

Fantasy’s First Christmas

When I was on the Dream, one of the Dissers organized what he called a “Progressive Disser” - a room tour. It was great as we had a good sampling of rooms (virtual porthole, large porthole, concierge, etc) and we realized that all the rooms were great. I would be willing to organize a room tour if anyone is interested on the last sea day (Dec. 27th).

Also, I signed up for the FE and am very excited as this will be my first time participating. I figure it will be a great way to have some Disney magic throughout the cruise. I wanted to see if anyone is interested in an ornament exchange that would take place during our first Cruise Meet, which I assume will be sometime on the first day. Something along the lines of a White Elephant.

We will met and take a tour of each others cabins. Since the Dream / Fantasy have so many different categories and some rooms have interesting features ( large porthole seat, magical portholes) that it will hopefully help next time we select a category. I'm happy that we got 2 - 7A as I want to see the verandas .

So far it looks like we are missing a magic porthole and one of the ocean view rooms with the larger bathroom with a round shower.

I think the round shower is in the category 8 staterooms aka family staterooms with the extra bed.

Hi saraghandgreg - I don't think we have come up with a time for our first Dis met. I'm sure when we get closer to sailing, we will figure out a time and place. You don't need to do anything but show up and met some new friends.

Have a great time. We were there last month before our MR cruise and loved it. Make sure and eat in New Orleans square. The 3 restaurants there have the best food in DL.

No turning back now! We just dropped DCL bulk flight and booked our air through JetBlue. Nonstop air and saved a few hundred dollars Also dropped Hyatt MCO through DCL and booked the hotel directly for more savings
