I got my room today too - booked a VGT and got a 5A on deck 10!

I feel better knowing what I have finally.

I haven't pulled out - much less packed - anything yet... must start making lists....

I also received my room assignment today, 5A on deck 10. Was hoping to get a category 4 since we're all adult travelers and someone is celebrating a birthday on-board but I can't complain about what looks to be a great room location.

Has anyone called yet to find out which movies will playing on our cruise? We purposefully have not seen Brave and Spider-man in theatres assuming they'd be showing on the cruise.

Brave will probably be showing as well as The Odd Life of Timothy Green. DS is hoping The Avengers will still be showing in 3D. That is an awesome movie - they did a great job with it. I can't imagine that Spider Man will be showing as that's not a Disney movie.

We got our OGT cabin today. We are in cabin 6012. We are on the 1st FE list, so please add our cabin number to that list.

We have extra FE gifts for those on the 2nd list. Let us know cabin numbers for the 2nd FE people.

Thanks for the invite. I answered before I read all of the posts. We are in cabin 8568. We have two girls 10 and 11, they will be thrilled. We are already assembling our gifts. Our item is also food related. I don't want to give it away but let's just say my husband is a part-time candy maker.

This is our first Disney Cruise and my kids (DD 6.5, DS 3.5) are overwhelmingly excited (as are we)! But, I see tons of mentions of FE.....what is this? Are we too late to participate? We would love to if possible...

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one thinking about this! Unfortunately, I think it's still a little too early to tell. Hopefully they'll be able to start pinning our week down by Monday/Tuesday of next week.

It would be too early to tell if anything would affect us. Most storms that will/would have developed would hopefully be done or out of the way by next week Saturday. There are a couple of disturbances they are looking at now in the eastern Atlantic, but have a very low chance of turning into something at this point. Plus, unless they move very slow, would cycle out in time. I would say in a about a week we should be able to tell if there is a chance of something that could affect us, but then again, it could form the day we go out or while out on the cruise. It happens and is not 100% predictable.

Basically, we talk about the same stuff here. How excited we are and what our plans are onboard and before/after the cruise. One plus is that it has been a great way to learn each other's real names and share a few pictures. So please don't feel left out! A lot of people have been posting in both places.
