Disney Fantasy 2017 Excursions

Going on Carribean cruise in August with my 10 yr old daughter and boyfriend. So overwhelming looking at all the excursions to choose from! Any past Fantasy cruisers have any must-haves? During other vacations, we've done the Falls, swam with dolphins and horseback riding. Wanna experience something new/different. I'm not big into scuba diving or snorkeling. Something fun for 10yr old. Doing Jamaica, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Castaway Cay. TIA!!
