Because of the letters of the name Joe, I couldn't fit only the faces of all 5 characters with this particular design. I hope this one will work for you.

Just to let you know we all love the Designs you have done for us!! the two tinks and the two mary poppins .My daughter has just seen the one you did on page 8 for Mary-Fran and wonders if you could possibly do one like that for her and one for erin?So she can customise another t-shirt lol!!!

The font is called Showcard Gothic. I know what you mean about finding the right font. I've been using this one for most of the names I've done because it works so well.
