Does anyone know if you can utilize the Disney Express Transportation system if you exchanged through II and are not a DVC member?

[Yes if the timeshare resort is served by Disney Magical Express transportation, which includes Disney's Saratoga Springs and Disney's Boardwalk Villas but not Fairfield's Bonnet Creek.
