Hi eeyoreangel1
We booked our October 2004 trip with Leger by Eurostar. The Express Luggage is really easy. We travelled from Ashford I think it's just after you cross the channel, the Disney CM's come around to do the onboard checkin for those joining at Ashford, (we had a ticket from First Choice to hand over, don't think we did when we booked with Leger though, although I could be wrong) you'll be given your luggage labels, (you can put them on the luggage when you get off the train) and your park tickets and any other vouchers due e.g. character breakfasts, buffalo bill tickets, that sort of thing.
When you disembark at DLRP you follow the crowds to the Disney Express desk, there are usually different colour desks for the different hotels, the colours match your luggage tags, Red = Santa Fe, Blue = NPB, etc., leave your luggage behing and go and enjoy the parks, when you're ready go to your hotel reception desk, ahnd over your documents and they'll give you your room key and tell you where the luggage room, unless you're staying on the Admiral's Floor at NPB or Castle Club at DLH, (may even be all rooms at DLH, but I don't know about that) in which case the consierge will bring your luggage to your room. It's a superb service, on the day of departure, take your luggage to the left luggage room or let Consierge take them and you collect them from the Express desk when you're ready.
Last time we went BTW, our docs, weren't on the train apparently it happens sometimes, but it wasn't a problem, we were still given the luggage tags and a note to hand in at the Express Desk, where we were issued with temporary park tickets, when we got to the hotel all our documents were there waiting for us.
Hope this helps.
