Disney Experience Website issues!

So I've been messing around with the website scheduling FP+, ADrs, etc and about 50% of the time the darn thing just isn't working. It keeps asking me to sign in again and again, won't go to the itinerary page, goes to a different page, overlays my room reservation onto the "change FP time" page, so you can't click on anything, all kinds of crazy stuff.
Is this the normal for everyone or am I just cursed? I haven't even bothered yet to download the app and try anything on my phone which is supposed to be the "buggy" one. This is not giving me a great deal of confidence in my reservations or my future ability to change things up if I need to.
 
Same issue here. I'm thinking it's because it's a super busy park week, so there are probably a lot more people than usual using the site. Definitely annoying - I want to change around some ADRs and FP for our early Feb trip!
 
It wasn't working on my laptop while trying to book an adr, after 5 tries I went on my ipod and used the app and it went through no problem.
 

Yes same problem here no matter what browser I'm using or via the app. I'm suppose to make FP bookings at 1am -but what happens when there are tech issues am I out of luck? I hope not!:mad:
 
I'm getting the sign-in loop, too. Mac, with firefox and safari.

My iphone app keeps closing. Not sure about the ipad.


Oh wait now I can get back in using the website on the phone and on the computer.
 
Thank goodness it came back up in time . . . I know I sounded frustrated - but I've been making FP+ for 20 people the last two nights, now I'm exhausted, but excited because finally got everything we want. :dance3:
 
I'm having issues this morning making dining reservations, every time I clink on the time I want it just refreshes the page and makes me start again. I've been at it for 45 minutes now and haven't managed to make 1 reservation :(
 
I was having this problem yesterday too. Thankfully I managed to do everything I wanted though! Also, a disney survey popped up, so I happily filled that out and let them know all of the technical issues I was facing. It was looooong though!

Then when I called for help - I'd go through all the darn prompts, and hear, I'll need to get a representative - then I got hung up on... over and over!

so frustrating!
 
I had problems like the ones you described the last few days. Today I was able to get it to work with no problems.
 
Not a surprise. While improved since inception, it is still a wonky and unreliable platform.
 
It seems when I use Firefox or Chrome on my laptop, the site will freeze up every so often. However, when I use Internet Explorer (my browser of last resort), everything comes up fine.
 
I noticed Disney did an update to the MDE today. MagicBands with your name on them in the system now shows the MagicBand ID under the name.

My guess is that they did some kind of rollout of a new version and that caused some temporary issues.
 
yeah I got caught in the "sign-in loop" a couple of times as a previous poster called it, but I found that trying a couple of different routes to get to the same destination would eventually work--though it could also just be that while I was trying different things, enough time passed that the problem was fixed, and I just thought I was doing something useful!
