disney experience not accepting will call ref number

Help needed for a UK member. I'm staying at 4 different DVC resorts for 14 days starting 30 Nov. BLT, SSR, AKL and BWV. I've set up a 'my disney experience' account and linked all my resort and dining reservations. I've bought 4 x 14 day park hopper passes but only have one 'will call' reference number and the MDE app and website will not accept it. Am I right that I will not be able to book any fastpass+ until the tickets are linked (really want to do this now, I'm a compulsive planner). Emails to disney have mostly been replied with unhelpful non committal answers. If we have to wait until check in on 30 Nov for the tickets to get added there is another problem...2 of my party are staying at OKW for two weeks so won't be there when I show the 'will call' paperwork for the park passes to the check in staff at BLT. How will their park passes get added to their room keys? Fastpass+ is a real game changer for me (no more running to space mountain to get a fastpass as soon as we enter MK!) and I am super eager to use it. Many thanks.
 
Subscribing. I am having a similar issue with some complimentry passes we got. I have a Will Call ID # but I am unable to link them. I also contacted guest service, but they could not provide me a #. Hopefully someone out here has an answer.
 
A bit off course. But I am trying yo link my new resort reservation to MDE. I'm not going til October 2014. I've tried to use my ref number but it won't except it. I'm in the uk and only have a 6digit number. Am I just to keen and trying to early .

You will need to actually call Disney. I know this is difficult being from another country but calling IT will be able to help you.

I have phoned and was told it was a known problem but unfortunately UK will call tickets (the 7 day, 14 day and 21 day passes) can't be linked via the confirmation number. You need to collect your actual ticket before you can link them.

I'm hoping someone else has been able to sort it and will post the phone number they phoned!
 
I'm from UK and have same tickets. It's true, you can't link them with the confirmation number. I therefore called disney and asked them to send me the actual individual tickets. It cost £5 per ticket. The tickets arrived (RFID ones) and I have successfully linked all if them to the individuals in MDE. If you are willing to pay to get them now then you'll all be set for FP+. If you wait til you get there, you'll also have to wait before you can book FP+.

Oooh, I wish I'd thought of that! We're too close to our departure date to have them posted to us, but that would have been a GREAT idea!
 
I just looked at the WDW UK site's FAQ and it says they hope to have the problem resolved by October. Who knows if it'll be sorted by next week (not holding my breath!) but hopefully it will be resolved fairly soon. :)

It might depend on where you're staying. I tried to link my reservation for Saratoga Springs and it didn't work. I then read on one of Disney's FAQs that SSR reservations won't link until 10 months before arrival. There were a couple more on the same list but I wasn't paying attention as I was only wondering about mine.
