That is so sad. I just closed on my resale on Jan. 3rd and it took forever for everything to go through (I made my initial offer in Sept.) so I understand the pain in the waiting. My resale was at BWV with 150 points with a June use year, so I don't know the criteria they are using to determine which resales they'll buy back. I paid $66/point. Maybe they've just made the decision to buy them all up now. BVC sounds beautiful though, so enjoy you're new home.
