Disney Enchanted Calls/Hawaii DST *UPDATE post #3*

Just a general warning.

I won a Disney Enchanted Call and scheduled it for 7am Hawaii Standard Time today (DD's birthday). Got the confirmation with the correct time on it. 7am comes and goes without a call. I go to work and take DD to school (luckily I hadn't told her to expect anything). My phone rings at 8am while I am in a meeting, I didn't answer. Turns out that was the call! When I checked my email a little while later, I had a notice from them telling me the call was unsuccessful because I didn't answer- and the call was listed on that email as scheduled for 10am Pacific Time. I'm so annoyed, their system didn't account for the fact that Hawaii doesn't participate in Daylight Savings Time, so DD missed out on the call.
I replied to the notice and cc'd their Customer Support asking them to reschedule the call for tonight and to please call me immediately for the details. That was 4 hours ago and they still haven't called/responded to the email.

UPDATE: they responded to my email with apologies and rescheduled the call for tonight! My DD will get her call from Belle and she will be thrilled!
