This is especially a grab among teachers or former teachers! Did anyone have any “classroom edition” DVDs or VHS tapes under this collection?
Unlike regular Disney/Touchstone/Buena Vista/Miramax releases for home use, the classroom edition copies were copyright cleared for school use. In layman’s terms… you could legally show the program or movie IN SCHOOL for both educational and afterschool related activities. In some cases, there were edits to ensure appropriateness for an educational environment (like language or graphic depictions).
