disney e.mail for questions

does anyone know it? i used to have it in order to ask them some questions and to get a "formal" answers, but i have lost it.
by thge way, they are very efficient and give you reply's in about 24hr

YOu can go to disneyworld.com and click on "guest services" on the bottom of the page to email them.

I have sent many messages via disneyworld site and have never received an answer. Most of te questions I asked were very important to me.
The e-mail site is run just to give you a place to vent your problems. I doubt if anyone reads them.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I have recieved a response (albeit a "scripted" response that does not always answer the "heart" of my Q) but a response non the less.

i have asked them many questions, a very specific ones, and ALLWAYS got a reply!!!
