Disney Dreams Travel Pop-Up

It isn't really a pop-up, but every time I click the text area to write a post, this pops up. When I press "submit" it pops back up again. Is it just doing this to me, and I need to adjust my settings, or is it something new?

It did the same thing for me earlier, but now it seems fine.

It keeps doing it to me too and it is really ANNOYING!!!
