WOW!! You got a bunch of cute shirts!! LOVE them!! I love Disney store sales!! I got a Tinkerbell backpack for Claire today for only $4.99!! I was thrilled--her Minnie one she's used for over a year now is filthy!! YAY for your flights!! That's exciting! We have to wait for Brent's sky miles to increase before we get ours! He'll make several international flights these next few months.

I have Pook-A-Looz! I loved the Cheshire Cat, but I didn't get him... I got other ones though.

It's a big relief to have the flights booked. That's a great deal on the backpack..... we picked up a Cars one for Demetri last year. Strangely enough he hasn't trashed it yet and all the zippers still work so he's good for another year.

I always do that. I'll say I want Chessie (I don't think that's quite right, but it's what I've always called him), and then I get there and I see him and pick him up on the shelf.... and then I'll put it back on the shelf because I've already spent too much for the kids and really, what will I do with Chessie other than plunk him on my bed and smile whenever I see him....

I should go get Chessie.

I don't remember seeing your other Pook-a-Looz but I'm going back to look and will watch out for it when you get going on your TR.

Love, love the tees! So cute! They had a lot of those when I was in our disney store a few weekends ago! I'm glad you and Ariana had a good trip to the Disney Store! I love that Alex wants only shirts with classic Mickey them!

I had the same darn problem with SW yesterday! Errr! Our normal 7 am down isn't listed and the prices more then I expected! Be careful with SW ticketless travel funds! Their dates can be a little funk! You also have actually fly with them by the date they give or you lose them! I always check over and over with SW to see if something better comes along, I keep checking our Oct flights and they've gone up! Our flight home went up A LOT!!! Like $50!!! I'm glad I booked when I did!

Credit aside, I'm disappointed that SW's flights were so high. Like I said, I was hoping to just buy the tickets and be done with it, but now I'll be clicking that bookmarked site right up until we go.

Yep, we're two rooms at the Pop and my ADRs are set.

I booked the SW flights with the higher than expected fares but I'm hoping the rates go down so I can get a travel credit to use within a year. George and I talked briefly once about using any travel credits toward just Ariana and I going in spring of next year and he went along with it. I may have to remind him .... but I'll hold him to it!

Morning! I'm hoping to get that credit too. It would be such fun to go again in the spring.

People have done well guessing the movie the quote was from, but I don't think anyone yet has gotten the fake bonus points to say who said it.

Hint: Her name is actually her role in the movie.

How cruel!!

For months now I have been pricing out trips on the Disney site and faithfully filling out the survey at the end in the hopes I would get a wonderful PIN code for free dining. I was so happy back in February when I finally got my very first ever PIN code and it was for free dining. It only went to July 3rd though and we couldn't use it. Sucked that we couldn't use it but if I got one code that means I could get more! Right?


Well, then in April I got another PIN code and it too was for free dining but this time it only went to August 14th and we still couldn't use it. But hey, they were getting pretty good sending them to me.... a few more and it just might get to November!


I've been monitoring the free dining thread here on the DIS... the one that has us November/December folks waiting for PINS... and have been reading that PINS up to December 24th have been randomly going out.


So tonite, I hop on to the computer and up pops a message that I have a new email.... from Disney Destinations! Another one! I check my inbox and the subject line says "Two Disney deals to pick from!" Yeehaw! We just might have saved several thousand dollars!



Do you know how much of a savings six people with the dining plan is?!



So jumping in my seat, I click on the message and see the Mad Hatter telling me, "Two great offers? Have we gone mad?!" and the headings are FREE Disney Dining Plan and Stay at Disney Value Resorts from $58 per night.


But hang on, just why is this update entitled "How Cruel?!"



Because the free dining is the exact same one that is out to the general public right now. From August 15th to October 2nd at moderate or deluxe resorts.



And the $58 per night at a value offer ends September 30th.



Turns out they're not PIN codes, just regular offers in disguise. Silver lining of course is that the emails are still coming and I still have plenty of time to get that golden free dining PIN code.


I just wish it would hurry up already!

Wanna hear cruel, my dh, who has never subscribed to anything Disney, and is not a Disney fan.... got a pin in the mail.... and me... i got nothing, lol. I only got one pin before, but turns out they got me confused with someone with the same name living in Florida, so I get all these offers for residents, even though I can't use any.
