Disney Dream- September 25th 4-Night Bahamian Cruise!

Hi my name is Courtney. Are family is sailing on the Dream on Sept. 25th too! And... we are sailing on 3 night that starts on the 29th. (Back to Back) This will be our 4th and 5th Disney Cruise. We are booked at a Cat 8B for both, and we booked this morning. I was told that on the 4 night it was a GTY. I don't care as long as I am on the ship. Please include us in your fish extender. Also I read about a facebook page for our cruise? Is someone doing that? I think that would be a great idea.!!!

Yep, most of the times I checked that's all that would come up. I did have an ocean view pop up the other night too, but DH was asleep and I didn't want to grab it without checking with him first and it was gone in the morning. So I just kept checking back and this morning the 8C popped up! I was so happy and we jumped right on it before it disappeared.

All this cold, wet rain and snow everyone is getting is making me really hope we don't have a repeat miss of CC in September; however, being on a Disney cruise and not going to CC is better than not being on a Disney cruise at all!!!

Well it is nice and rainy in Georgia... yuck!! as long as the S word truly stays out of the forecast I will be happy! stuck in the house for 5 days 2 weeks ago was not my version of fun...all over 5 inches of snow!! ( I grew up in Pgh and 5 inches of snow is an every day thing~!!) Atlanta was completely shut down!!

Don- yes, we booked too!

The cruise will be me, dh (Mox) and our two boys - Ryan will be 6 and Liam will be 4 and a half!
My mom and inlaws are sailing too, but I will let them chime in on their own, so look out or CricketMom (that's my mom) and GramaBelle!

Cant wait to see the Dream and make it to Castaway Cay...I wont take no for an answer on this one!

What happened that you did not get to go to CC?

My wife and I just booked this cruise. We are huge Disney fans, but have never been on a cruise. We decided a long time ago that if we did a cruise it would only be though Disney. Well now we are at that point. What a great year of vacations we have planned. A trip to Walt Disney World in May and now a Disney Cruise in September on the new Disney Dream.

Did I meantion we are excited? I just finished reading all of the posts in here and I hope the we get to CC, because that is the part we are looking forward to the most. Praying that Mother Nature will cooporate!

Thank you! We can't wait for the cruise! I've read alot about Disney's level of service. We also don't have kids and like that Disney tries to please all parties on thier cruise line. This will be our 4th trip to the World. We love it! I figured that the CC problem was weather related. That is a big reason why we did a 4 day so that we have the extra day to try for CC again should the weather not want to play nice. We were not sure about booking during Hurricane season, but we wanted to make sure that the weather would be warm enough and the water refreshing!

There will be DH, myself, DD, DSIL, 2 grandsons and a granddaughter.

As we stare down yet another snowstorm this trip is even more in our thoughts right now!

Hi Tamis, Sadly, my DS and DBrother in law will not be coming on this vacation. Would you take them off of the FE list? They are Kate and Dale. They are planning a different vacation for this year.
